I must be really rude, and/or really wicked, but I get fed up with those people. I just give them my best evil smile, tell them I'm a practicing Satanist, and would they like to come in for a drink?
Mostly they just swallow really hard and do a quick about-face, doubletiming it back to their car or bicycle or whatever.
The word must've spread, too, because after the first couple of times they quit coming to my door.
